ROAD CLOSURES

TRIAL BAY TRIATHLON

Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February 2025

We understand that this event disrupts the usual flow of traffic, and appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout the duration of the event. Every effort is being made to consider individual circumstances and minimise the inconvenience placed on the community.

There will be a change of normal traffic conditions on Saturday from 10.00am through to 12:30pm and on Sunday from 06.30am through to 10:00am or until the last competitor has finished the race.

To avoid any confusion there will be:

– Special event signage posted throughout the community in advance of the event
– Detour signage on the event day
– Barricading to ensure care, cyclists and runners don’t meet.

On the event day, map apps such as Google and Apple Maps will automatically calculate a reroute around the road closures.

The race events on Saturday and Sunday are approved by the NSW Police and the Roads and Maritime Service. There will be a Police presence during the event.
